About Desireé Margo

With a master’s and doctorate in leadership, I bring seasons of experience guiding individuals and teams to realize their full potential. I am a certified executive coach, a graduate of The Hudson Institute of Coaching with an ICF credential, and a Dare to Lead™ facilitator trained by Brené Brown in her research on courage, vulnerability, and leadership.
My career began in education, where I spent 30 years—12 of them as an administrator—developing and leading programs and mentoring and coaching teams.
Later, in a healthcare organizational development role, I focused on developing leaders and programs, to include designing and launching a “Leader as Coach” program, creating an internal coaching cadre, and coaching executives—initiatives that continue to shape culture and effectiveness.
Today, I draw on this extensive leadership background to provide professional coaching, consulting, and facilitation. I specialize in:
-
Executive coaching and leadership development
-
Facilitating the Dare to Lead™ program
-
Consulting with leaders in order to strengthen team dynamics by fostering trust, collaboration, and increased effectiveness
-
Hosting immersive retreats on my Central Oregon farm, where participants find space to reflect, grow, and reconnect
Rooted in the breathtaking landscapes of Central Oregon, I draw inspiration from nature and my deep connection to family, which fuels my balanced and grounded approach. Committed to continuous learning and growth, I strive to make a positive and lasting impact in all that I do.
